Page-view analytics

We collect lightweight visit logs for public pages so the admin team can understand whether the case library is being used and which pages need improvement.

These logs can include the page path, visit time, IP address, approximate country or region when available, referrer domain, UTM campaign fields, browser user agent, and whether the visitor is signed in.

Visitor identifiers

The site may store a random visitor identifier in local storage and a short-lived session identifier in session storage. The server stores hashed versions of those identifiers for approximate unique visitor counts.

Case Memory queries

The Before You Build Skill can optionally send a concise product or feature summary to the public Case Memory search endpoint to retrieve similar published cases. Normal skill use does not require an API key.

Do not submit secrets, customer names, private financials, credentials, private user data, or unreleased confidential plans. Query logs may include cleaned keywords, request time, IP address, user agent, and short-term network metadata for abuse prevention and product improvement.

Retention

Full IP addresses are kept for short-term abuse review and are cleared after 90 days. Aggregated page, source, and region statistics may be kept longer.
